The Member Services Division brings forward information drive by reaching out to the Barangay Councils on February 10, 2022 and continues to the present.
The Information drive anchors dissemination on the importance of RA 7832 known as Anti Pilferage Act and RA 11361 or Anti Obstruction of Powerlines Act and how they are related to the causes of power outages and system losses of the Cooperative.
Moreover, as part of empowering MCOs, they were educated on their rights as specified in the Magna Carta for Residential Electricity Consumers, as well as other pertinent matters concerning ISELCO II operations, such as the rigorous adherence to the One-month bill policy of ISELCO II.
