Gamu-Ilagan 69kV line segment, serving ISELCO II-Ilagan substation, was restored at 9:04PM.
Naguilian-Reina Mercedes- Cauayan 69kV line segment, serving ISELCO I (Reina Mercedes substation) and ISELCO II (Naguilian substation), is still isolated. Ongoing line patrol, and troubleshooting inside Gamu substation. ###
