NEA Updates

| The National Electrification Administration (NEA) posts the official seal of registration from the National Privacy Commission (NPC) for its data processing and management systems on Monday, 01 December 2025.
Present at the ceremony were NEA Deputy Administrator for Legal Services and concurrent Data Protection Officer (DPO) Atty. Rossan Rosero-Lee with Atty. Reginald Francisco of the NPC Enforcement Division.
The NEA enrolled its data processing systems (DPS) with the NPC to ensure that the personal and sensitive information of its stakeholders are protected against possible breaches and/or other forms of cyberattacks aimed at disrupting service, stealing data, or exploiting server vulnerabilities.
Also in attendance were NEA Deputy Administrators Atty. Omar Mayo (Electric Cooperative Management Services) and Atty. Vic Alvaro (Corporate Resources and Financial Services) with Division Managers Leilani Rico (Database Management and Program Control) and Regina Filoteo (Professional Development).
