NEA Advisory Davao Oriental earthquake

Based on the latest monitoring of the NEA Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Department (DRRMD), 5 (five) electric cooperatives (ECs) reported outages caused by the magnitude-7.4 earthquake in Davao Oriental.
As of Friday afternoon, ECs (DASURECO, SURSECO 1 and SURSECO 2) resumed normal operations.
Currently, DORECO and NORDECO remain under partial power interruption status, with restoration efforts still ongoing for 54,439 electricity consumers.
