ISELCO II in partnership with RTWPB -Region 2 conducted Employee Engagement Seminar

TODAY | ISABELA II ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE (ISELCO II) in partnership with Regional Tripitate Wages & Productivity Board (RTWPB -Region 2) conducted Employee Engagement Seminar at Piazza Zicarelli Hotel, Highway, Gamu, Isabela.
The resource speakers during the employee engagement seminar were representative from Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board Region 2 ( RTWPB R02 ) in the person of Atty. Lovely Mei Delacruz, Atty IV and Mr. Francis Joseph Reyes Information Technology Officer I, both of RTWPB R02. The objective of the said seminar is to involve employees to be enthusiastic and efficient to their work and to their working environment.
This is a great and useful seminar allowing heads, managers and employees to find out more about employee engagement, and how to make the most of their greatest asset throughout year.
