ISELCO II congratulates the new Board of Director of District V, Director Wesly T. Tumaliuan, representing the Municipalities of Quirino, Mallig and Quezon.
Dir. Tumaliuan was proclaimed winner in the duly concluded District Election yesteday, October 8, 2022. The official proclamation was led by the Members of the District Election Committee together with the Acting General Manager, Mr. Charles Roy B. Olinares and Project Supervisor from NEA, Atty. Oswaldo F. Gabat.
