In their remarks, Ms. Pinky Ann Lucas, ISD Mananger and Engr. Joseph S. Palattao expressed joy over yet another accomplishment of the Cooperative.

The Consumer Welfare Center was specially constructed to cater to Member Consumer Owners which intends to facilitate payment settlements, giving more options to MCOs in settling their power bills. Likewise, entertaining MCOs’ queries and concerns and other relevant services.

On the other hand, the ISELCO II Newsroom was created primarily to provide the cooperative its own facility in information drives and to be able to provide MCOs prompt and punctual advisories and relevant news. The newsroom will be providing information through the cooperative’s official facebook account through FB live.

These facilities were initiated under the leadership of GM Siquian and the BODs chaired by Dir. Binag and part of the cooperative’s endeavor to upgrade services extended to its MCOs.

ISELCO II believes that through these developments, it will be able to strengthen ties and be able to foster good relationship with its MCOs
