In Loving Memory of a Fallen Warrior of Light
Let us all pause for a while and offer a minute of silence and prayer to our fallen warrior of light.
PHILRECA offers its utmost sympathy to the bereaved family of Joesen Laconse a courageous Lineworker of South Cotabato I Electric Cooperative (SOCOTECO I).
His service to the rural electrification movement has brought us inspiration to strengthen our advocacy. His hard work and passion as a Warrior of Light will always be remembered.
