During our first monday ceremony, ISELCO II welcomes the month of March along with the celebration of the Women Empowerment and Fire Protection Month.

The program began with the Gospel Reading and Reflection graced by Pastor Rommel Comiso, likewise he pronounced blessing upon the March birthday celebrants.

The Cooperative recognized and gave commendation to employees who graduated from their Masters Degree, graduated Juris Doctor and passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET).

After which, the Department Managers then rendered their updates as regard to the Financial, Institutional, Technical, Audit and Corporate Planning operations of the Cooperative. Moreover, the Branch Managers were also in attendance and gave updates pertaining to their Branch operations.

On the latter part of the program, twelve (12) employees were happy to receive their cash prizes and one (1) lucky employee received an android phone for the grand prize during the electronic raffle from the generous GM Dave Siquian.

To wrap it up, Chairman Walfrido G. Binag and GM David Solomon M. Siquian imparted their insights on how to have a harmonious relationship with co-employees and the importance of having a conducive working environment and lastly, on how to continuously improve our Cooperative’s services to MCOs and give them the most reliable and efficient electricity service they deserve.
