YESTERDAY | The ISABELA I & II Electric Cooperative (ISELCO I & ISELCO II) and the National Electrification Administration (NEA) with Department of Energy (DOE) discussed the Enhancement of the Resiliency Compliance Plan and Development of Energy Resilience Scorecard for Distribution Utilities (DUs) in ISELCO I Main Office in Alicia, Isabela.
The Energy Resilience Scorecard aims to determine and measure the status and level of resiliency of Electric Cooperatives (ECs)
This aims to promote resilience by Strengthening Infrastructure, Systems, Disaster Risk Financing & Insurance, Stockpiling, Response, Rehabilitation and Recovery, and Cyber Resilience.
