EMERGENCY POWER INTERRUPTION

Emergency power interruption in parts of Isabela today, 30 October 2025
Time: 4:45PM – 7:00PM
Affected: ISELCO I (Reina Mercedes and District 1 Substations) and ISELCO II (Naguilian and Ilagan Substations)
Reason: Emergency shutdown of Gamu-Cauayan 69kV line to implement correction of critical defect inside Gamu Substation.
Specific areas affected shall be determined by the electric cooperatives. NGCP shall exert all efforts to restore power earlier or as scheduled.
