Batch 5: Teamwork Enhancement and Recollection

Teamwork is the backbone of Isabela II ELectric Cooperative (ISELCO II). The mission of providing reliable and affordable electricity to communities relies heavily on employees working together effectively. Teamwork Enhancement and Recollection plays a vital role in strengthening relationships, improving communication, and fostering a sense of unity among employees.

The Isabela II Electric Cooperative (ISELCO II), through the Administrative Division organized another Teamwork Enhancement Program and Recollection for the 5th batch of employees from November 13-16, 2024 at the D’Elmer’s Resort & Convention Center in Dipaculao, Aurora.

Simple teamwork enhancement exercises, such as problem-solving games, workshops, or outdoor activities, can make a big difference. These activities encourage employees to communicate openly, trust one another, and work together to overcome challenges. For example, a group exercise to simulate restoring power after an outage can enhance coordination and boost morale.

Team enhancement is essential for the success of an electric cooperative. By fostering collaboration, trust, and unity, it strengthens the workforce and ensures the cooperative can continue to serve its community effectively.
