Batch 3: Teamwork Enhancement and Recollection

BATCH 3 “TEAM BRILLIANT”

Despite the storm’s aftermath, ISELCO II, through its Administrative Division, successfully managed and strived to organize another 2-day Teamwork Enhancement Program and Recollection on November 6-7, 2024, at Elmer’s Resort and Convention Center in Dipaculao, Aurora.

The said activity was actively participated in by the EC’s personnel, who are dedicated to providing electricity to consumers in a safe, reliable, and well-effective manner.
The event gave emphasis on the importance of collective effort and collaboration. Shared goals were visualized, aiming to create a healthy and positive work setting.

The fulfillment of the Enhancement Program was endowed by the resilient and visionary Assistant General Manager of ISELCO II, Engr. Erni G. Baggao, together with the Board of Directors, chaired by Dir. Sherwin A. Balloga.
