BATCH 2: Team Empowered

The Isabela II Electric Cooperative (ISELCO II), through the Administrative Division organized another Teamwork Enhancement Program and Recollection for the 2nd batch of employees from September 26-27, 2024 at the D’Elmer’s Resort & Convention Center in Dipaculao, Aurora.

The strength of the EC’s personnel is equally important to the effectiveness and efficiency of delivering electricity service. In order to develop a more unified, driven, and productive workforce, ISELCO II invested in teamwork-enhancement activities this year.

Enhancing collaboration is more than just a catchphrase; it’s a crucial component of creating a positive work atmosphere where staff members feel appreciated and connected. Employee trust is increased, communication is improved, and organizational silos are dismantled via ISELCO II’s teamwork enhancement programs. In the distribution utility sector, these initiatives are essential to our ability to stay competitive.

The successful conclusion of this activity was enabled by the generous and visionary leadership of ISELCO II’s Assistant General Manager, Engr. Erni G. Baggao, along with the Board of Directors chaired by Dir. Sherwin A. Balloga.
