IN PHOTOS | The National Electrification Administration (NEA) takes part in the signing of the Joint Memorandum Circular (JMC) on Streamlining and Digitalizing Processes in Housing Development alongside the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) and other partner agencies.
Corporate Planning Department Manager Roderick Padua and Supervising Internal Control Officer Estanislao Laxa represented the NEA at the signing ceremony held at the Manila Hotel on Thursday, 6 November 2025.
The initiative establishes the Electronic Housing One-Stop Processing Center (eHOPC) — a digital platform designed to simplify inter-agency coordination, promote transparency, and enhance efficiency, as prescribed under the Ease of Doing Business Law.
The JMC aims to accelerate housing production while ensuring compliance with environmental, land use, and taxation laws.
