August 03,2018- Isabela II Electric Cooperative (ISELCO II) launches Centralized Pre-membership seminar attended by 44 new applicants who came all the way from the different branches in the coverage area. It sets out to provide accurate information that will lessen if not eliminate consumer complaints and other matters such as cooperative profile, consumer rights, duties and obligation of consumer.
