2023 PHABDREC
The Board of Directors spearheaded by Chairman Hardy V. Urma, who was represented by Vice Chairman Sherwin Balloga, as well as the Acting General Manager, Engr. Erni G. Baggao attended the 2023 Philippine Association of Board of Directors of Rural Electric Cooperative (PHABDREC) National Convention held on June 26-27, 2023 in Cebu City.
The said Convention was joined by the different Board of Directors and General Managers of Electric Cooperatives (ECs) around the country. The 2023 PHABDREC convention intended to re-visit its vision and long term goal for the ECs success with the theme “Making the Legacy of Rural Electrification: elevating EC Contribution in National Sustainable Development”.
