ERC Chairperson Monalisa Dimalanta presided over the meeting with representatives from the Department of Energy (DOE), the National Power Corporation (NPC), and the Association of Philippine Electric Cooperatives (APEC) attending.
Romblon Electric Cooperative, Inc. (ROMELCO) General Manager Engr. Rene Fajilagutan hosted the activity with officials from the Marinduque Electric Cooperative, Inc. (MARELCO), Masbate Electric Cooperative, Inc. (MASELCO), Tablas Island Electric Cooperative, Inc. (TIELCO), and Ticao Island Electric Cooperative, Inc. (TISELCO) in attendance.
