2023 08 24 – EC SIMULTANEOUS LINE CLEARING & TREE PLANTING

LOOK: ISELCO II joined the 2023 NEA-ECs Simultaneous Tree Planting and Line Clearing Activities today, August 24, 2023 as part of this year’s celebration of NEA’s 54th Founding Anniversary and the 14th National Electrification Awareness Month (NEAM).
These activities were carefully supervised by our technical and line clearing crew under the leadership of ISELCO II’s Acting General Manager, Engr. Erni G. Baggao.
The Line Clearing Operation and Tree Planting Activity both aim to minimize occurrence of unscheduled power outages of any kind, particularly those caused by vegetation – tree branches obstructing the distribution lines and to increase the resilience of our ecosystem, respectively.
