2023 06 21 – BENCHMARKING ACTIVITY
A benchmarking activity was held at Pampanga I Electric Cooperative, Inc. (PELCO I) and partaken by various Institutional Services Department Managers of Northeast Luzon Electric Cooperatives Association, Inc.
ISD Managers and staff paid a visit to PELCO I last June 21, 2023 and evaluated its use of a computer program that facilitates AGMA and District Election implementation. The cooperative also graciously shared its best institutional practices that have been successfully carried out to increase output for various programs to assist MCOs.
The entire team of NELECA ISD Managers is grateful for the warm welcome and the sharing of proficiency and practices extended by Pelco I.
